Meet Our Team

Hi, my name is Shivam, and I am the founder of Map Your Voyage. I began my software engineering career in Singapore in 2016. After seven years in Singapore, my focus turned to full-time work on my India-based startup.

The idea came from a problem I faced myself—I had around 12,000 saved posts on Instagram, all sitting in the default "Saved" folder. When I wanted to visit a specific country, there was no easy way to figure out which posts were from that place.

Even if I managed to find them, I still had to rewatch all the reels and posts, jot down the locations manually, and figure out how to include them in my itinerary—a process that was incredibly time-consuming. That's what inspired me to create Map Your Voyage.

With Map Your Voyage, you can just send your favorite travel reels as DMs to our IG account & we handle the heavy work of detecting all the locations from the reel & organizing them into country specific bucket lists. Later when you are ready to travel you can convert the bucket list into an itinerary in just a few minutes.

During my free time, I love to play squash, badminton, or table tennis. I am also extremely passionate about travel and maps, as you might have guessed from the product. Building cool stuff and staying up to date with the latest technologies is my hobby (yes, I am a total geek :)).

Hi, my name is Shruti Seth & I help Shivam with the creative as well as the functional aspects of the product. From logo design to figuring out the features we should work on next, I am always there to help as a Product Manager or a Creative Head. Since I have a full time job, I work on the product in my free time.
