Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you satisfy this requirement.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Services Overview

The Platform provides travel content and a marketplace that connects Travellers with independent Travel Agents. We may also offer tools for creating itineraries, saving bucket lists, and facilitating direct communication between Travellers and Travel Agents.

Our Role & Disclaimers

• We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or insurer. We do not provide, own, or control any travel services.
• Services are provided by carefully selected Travel Agents. We work exclusively with premium travel partners who provide utmost quality and excellent service - only 1 in 10 applications are approved to ensure the highest standards. We guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, and legality of their services.
• We thoroughly vet all our Travel Agent partners to ensure quality and reliability. All transactions made to SSDR Voyagenics Private Limited are safe and secure. The refund policy mentioned in the quotation shared by the Travel Agent before booking will always be followed.
• Important: If you choose to book directly with a Travel Agent outside our platform, we cannot guarantee the safety, legality, or quality of such transactions. Direct bookings bypass our security measures and quality assurance processes. This practice violates our Terms & Conditions and may result in the Travel Agent being banned from our platform.

User Responsibilities & Conduct

• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when using the Platform.
• Do not post or transmit any Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• You may not reverse‑engineer, data‑mine, scrape, or use automated means to access the Platform except as expressly permitted.

Payments, Fees & Refunds

Payment processing is handled by third‑party providers including Razorpay, PayPal, and Skydo. We offer multiple payment options to suit your preferences:

• Card payments: Processed through Razorpay or PayPal. We do not store full card details.
• Bank account transfers: To reduce transaction fees, we accept direct bank transfers through our payment partner Skydo. We maintain local bank accounts in the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, and Singapore, as well as International SWIFT accounts that accept 32 currencies.

Specific booking terms, including cancellation and refund policies, are determined by the relevant Travel Agent. Please read those policies carefully before making a payment.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and all Content (excluding User‑generated Content) are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Third‑Party Content & Links

The Platform may contain links to third‑party websites or embed content (e.g., YouTube videos). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third‑party sites.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other Users or the Company.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed (i) INR 10,000 or (ii) the total fees you paid to the Company in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is lower.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you consent to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 7 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
